Please read the following terms carefully before using Nesoi Network services.
1. Scope and Acceptance
Nesoi Network provides a cloud-based management panel (SaaS) for FiveM servers. By using our website, panel, or in-game integration bridge software, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms. Services are provided based on the stability of our infrastructure, but a 100% uninterrupted software operation guarantee is not offered.
2. Subscription, Licensing, and Refund Policy
Nesoi is an instantly delivered and activated digital service. From the moment the license is assigned to your account, refunds are not issued due to the nature of digital products. Our technical team may define compensatory periods in the event of chronic system outages. You may cancel your subscription at any time; upon cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the billing period.
3. Account and Session Security
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the security of their account passwords and authorized sessions. To prevent unauthorized access, choosing strong passwords and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is highly recommended.
4. Limitation of Liability and Server Actions
All actions performed on your game database and server configuration files through Nesoi Panel (including player removal, inventory edits, vehicle deletions, modifying configuration files, running commands, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the authorized user performing the action and the server owner. Nesoi Network cannot be held liable for database losses, server damage, or issues arising from incorrect actions, incompatible external scripts, or compromised administrator accounts.
5. Legal Notices and Communication
By using our services, you consent to receive transactional system notifications related to account security (such as IP address change alerts, password resets, and 2FA codes). You can opt out of marketing and campaign emails at any time through your profile settings.
6. Guaranteed Maintenance and Software Updates Period
The product is guaranteed to receive software updates, security patches, and maintenance until at least January 1, 2028. Continued updates, active support, and feature development beyond January 1, 2028 depend on project traction and adoption, and will be provided at our sole discretion.
Users who violate these terms and fair use rules may have their licenses revoked. Nesoi Network reserves the right to update this text at any time.
