1. Account and Authentication Data

We offer different login methods to ensure you can securely access the management panel: • Social Media Logins (Discord and Google): During the authorization process, your password never reaches our systems. We only process your account ID, email address, name, username, and profile photo provided by the respective platform for account verification and secure session management. • Direct Registration (Email/Password): If you choose to create a direct account; the username, email address, and password you specify are stored in our database using strong encryption algorithms. Your plain text password is never saved under any circumstances. • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If you enable this feature, the unique security key generated to verify the validity of authentication codes is securely stored in our database.

2. Security, IP Address, and Device Information

To maintain system security and prevent suspicious activities, some of your technical data is processed: • Rate Limiting: To prevent malicious attempts and spam registration or login operations, your IP address is temporarily processed by our security systems. • Login Records: Upon successful login, your last login IP address and login time are updated in our database to verify your account's security history. • Suspicious Login and IP Change Alerts: When a login occurs from an IP address different from your usual location or device, your browser and operating system metadata are analyzed. The approximate location of your IP address is queried, and an automatic security alert is sent to your email address to verify your identity.

3. User Preferences and Communication Permissions

For account functionality and personalization, the following data is stored: • Preferences: Your control panel language setting and your opt-in consent to receive updates, announcements, or campaigns via email are stored in the database. You can edit these permissions at any time through the settings page.

4. In-Game Database Architecture and Backups

Nesoi Panel does not permanently store player inventories, items, vehicles, or other sensitive data belonging to your game server on its own servers. All data is read in real time from your server via the secure connection key you define. However, for system integrity and data protection, the following exceptions apply: • Job and Gang Backups: When job or gang configurations are modified or deleted through the panel, the configuration details of these groups and the lists of affected players are securely backed up on our central server to prevent data loss and allow restoration. • Administrator Action Logs: To ensure audit logs and transparency, critical management operations executed through the panel (such as penalizing players, giving items, modifying server settings, etc.) are permanently recorded in our central database, including the administrator's name, action type, target player/object, and action details.

5. Telemetry, Stability, and Error Logs

To ensure healthy communication between your server and the management panel, debug synchronization errors, and improve system performance, the following telemetry data is transmitted encrypted to our center and stored in our server log files:

• Server Identification: Basic identification details of your server (server name, project name, and description) for license verification and framework compatibility.
• Session and Connection Info: Uptime details, startup/shutdown records of the integration software, and version control details.
• Management Command Logs: Commmand execution history generated by panel or in-game administrators for live action tracking.
• Technical Error Reports: Technical error lines and run logs generated when system or communication errors occur, allowing us to respond quickly.

6. Data Security and Sharing Policy

All system logs and telemetry data collected are only reviewed by our development team to optimize the Nesoi Network infrastructure and resolve technical issues. Data traffic between servers is protected using encrypted HTTPS protocols. Your data is never shared with third parties unless presented with a formal and binding court order from official legal authorities.
